Terms of Engagement

1. Bespoke Project Engagements
ORVELUMM provides bespoke digital experience design, spatial 3D WebGL development, and technical engineering services. All engagements are governed by custom Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the client and ORVELUMM.
2. Intellectual Property Transfer
Upon final settlement of engagement fees, full proprietary rights to custom visual designs, production application source code, and bespoke brand assets developed specifically for the client are assigned in full to the commissioning client.
3. Studio Attribution & Archive
Unless otherwise restricted by an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), ORVELUMM reserves the right to archive and present the developed work within our studio retrospective as an example of category-defining craft.
